Sometimes it is hard to figure out the forms. I thought once I type in one form, that the information would replicate into the forms below, but that didn't happen.

I needed PDF Filler (or something like it) for a specific purpose and for a short time. It got the job done.
I was surprised to see the Annual Fee ($72.00) show up on my credit card statement, instead of the monthly fee ($6.00).
I cancelled my subscription on 4/11/2016, and have been checking my statements for a refund. Am I waiting in vain?

I received an auto-renewal subscription for our organization that was initiated by a previous officer and simply emailed my request for a refund and cancelation. I was contacted almost immediately by a **** ***** from pdfFiller/AirSlate that verified my information and resolved my problem. I had the money credited back within a few days. Thank you!

Honest business practices
Like many other online products, they make it VERY easy to sign up, and not so easy to cancel. But once I found the correct place, they did allow me to cancel and refunded my money quickly. While the product did not fit my needs, the company appears to be legitimate and honest.

I was very impressed with this web-based PDF editor
Overall my experience has pretty very positive with PDFfiller.
My colleague recommended PDFfiler as I needed a quick way to sign documents while on the road. PDFfiller has all the features I need, even with the free version of the software.
I think to take this software to the next level, the developer should create browser plugins to sign documents without having to upload them to the PDFfiller website.
