Kara was the second chat agent I messaged in this desire to find out what I was doing wrong... which is fine. The first agent was like an operator I assume... finding out what I needed exactly and then transferring me to the right team. Which happened really QUICKLY!! I am NOT used to any online chats actually being able to do anything as fast as this happened today! Much less get an agent that could actually help me... TODAY was the first in a very LOOOONG time! Kara was GREAT!!! She needs a raise and maybe a promotion. Thanks again, Kara!!! KUDOS to Kara!!! The one entity that I HAD dedicated my loyalty to (Best Buy) for over a decade... is now in my rearview mirror!!!! They are atrocious at helping anyone with anything online!!! The store employees have to go through the same phone number we do, so they're worthless! And corporate Best Buy... smh... I won't get ugly here, but just state that they were the final straw that broke the camel's back!! I will NEVER give them any more of my time or money!!! PDF Filler though... has been a nice change!!! Thanks again!!!

Communication & follow through on point. Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and an effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed up for the 1year subscription. I contacted the help desk, and advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. Their reply communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month, refunded the difference $114 and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. PDFFILLER PDFFILLER, I have tried many and many have failed, typically to overstate and underdeliver, however. PDFFILLER, is the nerd in the room understated but delivers at every turn. There have been times though that I was sure they misssed something, that is untill I call support and talk about delivery. A product is only as good as the support team behind it. Hours spent trying to figure out this glitch, testing this and testing that, and the support agent just as friendly and helpful at hour three as at hour one, come to find out, it was my network, my VPN and firewall wasn't letting me upload documents, others were good and worked fine. except from my phone. Even then the agent was doing even more testing and providing his findings via screen recordings over email. I was amazed and it wasn't the first time. incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I am not an easy person to please as most software isn't completly vetted before release but PDFFILLER has done their work and worth every penny.

Exceptional customer service Kara was of great assistance working through my billing question today. She was quick to respond and went out of her way to explore all avenues before I realized that the expense about which I was inquiring was charged by another company, not pdfFiller. She was extremely polite and patient.
