For a new customer who has only used this program for a short time, It's a bit confusing to find all the necessary information. I am learning, but it's taken some navigation, and I haven't used the help line, because I don't even know the right questions to ask.

Easy to use -- several format/file extension options for saving and ability to link with cloud and sharing platforms makes this so versatile. I like that you can save the template for a certificate of insurance or an application and send it out that way. It still saves it as new but also creates the new Document.

The same feature that I love so much, isn’t quite as easy to navigate on the App. It’s super easy on the full online version though.

Customer Service Online messaging rep..
I got ahold of customer service messaging system and told them my issue. Within 5 minutes I had someone already solving my issue and refunding me. The fact that their customer service was so on point with having no way to call. Actually impressed me. Thank you guys. You have my recommendation.

I used their services for 1 year
I used their services for 1 year, all great services and does exactly what you would expect. Also they are very fast to respond to customer's emails.
They also gave me a very fast refund within few hours of requesting it as my subscription was auto renewal and i no longer needed that second subscription. Highly recommend and can be trusted with your money 100%.
