I really like the ease in using this program. I have tried other PDF software but find them all very awkward to use. I am just not sure about the pricing. I assume I signed up for 12 months? This is a great program and I don't have to hand print documents when most documents are PDF anyway.

I was happy with the subscription but at this time I can’t afford it. I'm happy with the subscription and the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good subscription that did the basics, and the site recommended one that checked all the boxes. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for. The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that I had to decline from the offer because it was to expensive annually, rather than it being monthly.

jI just started exploring for virtual Notary options. Too early to give a proper opinion. This is when I signed up for a free trial, I do believe I also signed up for for your annual service, however, my queries for my Notary requirements are not CONFIRMED YET WHICH MIGHT CHANGE MY ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION COMITMENT. I also need confirmation on the forms I will be focusing on for Immigration and Passport requirements, hope I get a response before I need to consider my annual commitment date BEFORE it is here! Great Customer Service We thought this was a bit scammy when we were charged for a plan no one recalled signing up for but once we found the email address associated with the account they cancelled the subscription and refunded the charge, no questions asked. Very pleased!

This is all new to me and didn't know… This is all new to me and didn't know there was just a thing to let me fill in PDFs instead of printing them, filling them out and scanning then uploading to email back to someone... for example. Talk about a time saver!!! Plus I love the way it looks! So much more professional than hand written. In my opinion.

I tried the software and then cancelled… I tried the software and then cancelled it. For me it was too challenging to use. However they still charged my account for a year up front. I didn't authorize that. I called and requested a refund and they gave one right away, so they said. It was just today I requested a refund so I will check my account in a few days to see if they actually sent it.
