I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I love the PDFfiller, I find it very easy to use.
It is making my newsletter each month alot easier to create.
I am able to erase words that I don't need & put in the ones that are easier to read.
I have some PDF's that are very light gray print and don't copy very well. I can take out the words that are too light & replace them with clearer, larger, darker letters.
It is easy to go back to change anything that is not what I want.
