I have been using PDFfiler for more than 4 years. It makes my pdf documents look professional. There is no longer a need to print a doc, fill it in with pen, scan, and send. I'm not sure why Adobe Acrobat Pro isn't this easy to use. Adobe Acrobat Pro feels like it was created in a silo by people who don't do editing on a daily basis. Also, it doesn't install, on one of the latest Macbooks on the planet. Thank god for PDFEscape and PDFFiller. Thank you god.

I recently signed pdfiler demo version to convert a PDF to a word document but for for some reason it didn't work, not the point.
Point it, I forgot to cancel my subscription and was billed for the year.
I immediately cancelled my subscription and contacted pdfiler via the online chat.
That answered within 20 seconds and immediately refunded my payment.
