I dislike how sometimes my documents don't get sent out, I have to resend a couple of times before they are received. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? The difficulty in emailing a document and getting a notification when the die is opened. Could it be less than using a PIN to access the document. Although the security is a nice factor.
