I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. It's been very good working with PDF Filler. Makes saving forms so much easier. I only have one complaint. When it comes to dates, I usually need to write it as year-month-day; but PDF Filler is already programmed as day-month-year so I have to keep on erasing dates and fill it out by hand, which is annoying.

Super application that allows me to fill out and sign forms without printing, hand-filling, scanning and forwarding. Have used for tax forms, banking, applications, job change, legal forms, etc... terrific!

Pros:

Cons:
-Layout is not intuitive and hard to learn, even for the computer literate
-Limits merging to 5 PDFs
-Limits on file size (you can't work on large PDFs)
-Other minor inconveniences that slow workflow
I chose PDFfiller for my small company because for the same price as one user for Adobe's similar product, I can have 5 users for PDFfiller. It definitely has some limiting factors and can be frustrating but it's the best you can get for the price. Definitely worth the time to take the free trial and see how you like it.

Soo awesome I'm glad there is such a great tool. The fact it offers everything including Tech support, 24/7customer service, and a bonus Notary; How freaking awesome is that?? Especially for those of us whom don't have transportarion or are disabled...best app I have ever come across . Thanks

Easy to fill forms!
This software is very easy to use, I'm able to fill forms we use over and over again. Adding signatures is simple and seamless.
Switching between pages. I'm used to rolling down with my mouse. I also noticed a bit of delays, but it might be our network connection.

I signed up for a subscription but only needed it for one document. I canceled but was charged again a month later. I canceled again and contacted customer service. They said the first cancellation must not have completed but refunded me the money. That is great customer service. I will definitely use them again.

Thus far this has been a great experience. It provides all of the forms that I could ever use and it has a docusign version that makes it easy to connect with the clients I am serving.
