I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. It works, almost a must have thing. But not everything is perfect, there are some limited options. But you will never get it perfect because it is not an original document.

I had some initial problems (undoing things and a pop-up overtime I used text boxes). Customer support representative Ellie guided me through it and was able to resolve most of my problems. I still wish I could use the text boxes without the pop-up though. I believe at this time it is not possible.

Working remotely this application has greatly facilitated the approval process in relation to documents sent from the office and has saved so much money on paper! Love it!

Very convenient the only thing I would like is to have different offers for a fax number. I barely use faxes and I would love to use this service. Can you have another fax payment offer?

Easy to use and has multi functions that otherwise you would need to purchase separately elsewhere.
I gained TIME, thus I was on time with my tasks, and met deadlines.
Very easy to read, highlight, insert comments (etc), insert and replace figures in pdf documents. It has saved me TIME! I love that it offers features that make manipulation of multiple files easy and fast. I also like the electronic signature option so documents look very professional.

Great customer service
I signed up for a subscription when I really only needed to use it for one day. I canceled the subscription but it must not have gone through because I was later charged after a month. I canceled again and contacted customer service. They said the first cancellation must not have gone through but then refunded my money. That is why I will definitely use them again in the future.
