Nice service, but entering in text into some of the fields can result in wonky formatting if more text than can be displayed is entered. And it's not easy to re-visit the fields and edit/shorten the text.

Time saver! I have used PDFfiller for several months now and love it. It is a great tool which makes it extremely easy for me to quickly and efficiently fill out PDFs and return them to the sender. Wether it be filling out forms or signing a contract, it has saved me many many hours in the long run - and is a pleasure to use! There aren't really any cons to this plugin - it does exactly what it says it will do. However the user interface could be improved

What do you like best? Basically, it just works. There is no learning curve, no difficulties, no glitches. It is simple, does what it is supposed to do and more. I can merge sheets, sign docs, fill out forms ... everything that could otherwise be a hassle while working remotely. What do you dislike? It may just be my set up, but when I have completed the document on pdf Filler and click "save as," it downloads to my desktop as opposed to allowing me to set the folder of my choice on my hard drive. Not that big of a deal to open the download and 'save as' from there, but just a small annoyance. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I often receive documents piecemeal - one page at a time - or I get them back from different signors in different configurations. I love that I can upload them all at once, merge them right off the bat and have the combined document. I can easily rearrange the pages if needed too. Also, during this Pandemic, it has proved invaluable in getting documents easily executed when you cannot meet with signors in person.

EASY and simple You know i have really enjoyed this app. It's easy and straight forward, I have had loads of applications to fill in as in rental agreements, work forms, drivers licence transfers which all require a signature. I love that i have a signature option and it stores my signatures. So handy and makes filling in application forms a breeze. I even needed my husband's signature and PDF filler made it so simple, i sent him a link and he signed it and it was done. I will continue using this app.

An affidavit or declaration signed under penalty of perjury at least 40 days after the death can be used to collect the assets for the beneficiaries or heirs of the estate. No documents are required to be filed with the Superior Court if the small estates' law (California Probate Code Sections 13100 to 13116) is used.
The California small estate affidavit, called a Petition to Determine Succession to Real Property, is used by successors in interest to a person who died to collect real and personal property totaling $166,250 or less in California. It cannot be filed until 40 days have elapsed since the person died.
Once you complete the Small Estate Affidavit and the Affidavit of Warship, you must file them with the clerk of the court at the probate court in the county where the deceased was a resident. Some courts require a copy of the death certificate to be filed with the forms. The fee to file the forms will vary by county.
When you use a small estate affidavit, you have to pay the decedent's bills before paying money to anyone else. For example, the decedent might have owed money to a credit card company when they died. If you use the small estate affidavit, you must give money from the estate to pay the credit card company.

By definition, small estate affidavits are used when the deceased person's property is small enough that it does not need to be managed through formal, traditional probate process. In most states, there is a ceiling or maximum amount that is used to define a small estate.
