What do you like best?
Its user friendly and efficient! It makes all of contracts much easier to implement. It saves all of your information online so doesn't use your memory.
What do you dislike?
Fax option could be updated and better. I am a notary, but it would be much better if this option was more efficient as well for other people.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am readily able to save documents and fill them out online copy and re-create new documents from previous ones. It is user friendly. I can send them to multiple clients at once for signatures with e-sign option.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Great customer service I messed up, and realized after being billed that I hadn't actually finished cancelling my membership. Customer service (Anna) was very helpful, voiding the payment and cancelling my membership, which is a far better policy than most companies have. Her messages were friendly and the response time was very quick.

Bill.com provides the option to attach documents to an Account, Company, Customer, Invoice, Payment Received or Vendor. There are two ways to associate a document with a specific Account, Customer, Invoice, Bill, Payment Received or Vendor. You may also associate a document simply to the Company (see Documents tab).
