I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. Your features of creating folders and unlimited storage is great.
Sending documents to mobile phone is a great feature.

Worked well. Looks like a good program. I was only using it for one foerm, and do not feel I need the program. You charged me for a full year $72.00, when I felt I WASA SUBSCRIBING FOR ONE MONEH. PLEASE REFUND TTHE DIFFERENCE.

It took me a bit to figure it out. Your guide was confusing and l tried to read it but l didn't find it helpful but l did figure it out on my own. I was fine after that.

Good layout and simple to understand
Good layout and simple to understand. However, while editing I realised that it does change the original size of the item when it is converted the format.

Easy to navigate
Easy to navigate. I didn't have cash to send correspondence to the IRS. This is a great tool for sure. It's more difficult submitting a review though, just saying. Your date feature sucks.

There are some glitches, like if you type to fast it will double or triple the word your typing. But other than that it's great.
