At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. I enjoy the ability to convert PDF files back into MS Word. Very Often I will start in MS Word and send the document to an employer who then sends me a final version in PDF which is OK until such time as there is a need amend it. As I don't travel with a copier, printer or scanner this creates problems.

What do you like best?
I love that the physician can dictate the form to me and I can easily load the form and type it up for him. He is extremely busy and needs to fill these forms out on his own time. Now I can do it for him saving him the time to focus on face to face visits with his patients.
What do you dislike?
It is very new to me, so I am uncertain if there is anything at this point I don't like, as I am unfamiliar with a good portion of the program. But what I have used thus far is great!
