Good afternoon,
I have subscribed to PDFfiller and have even been charged $20 yesterday to use this program, however, when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. Also, when I try to go back to change anything on my form, I find it time consuming to try to do this.I don't have a lot of spare time at work & I really don't like using the typewriter, because if I make a mistake & find it later.. I can't go back and change it, hence PDFfiller..
It says a msg will be sent to my email, however, I never receive this msg. It's not in my Inbox, Spam or Trash folders. I would like to use this program at work, so I don't have to use a typewriter.
Can you help me with this log-in issue?

App doesnt work the same as using it on a computer. On the computer is easy and simple. Ive tried the app and seems to cant work it like on the computer such as tap on it erase or add , high light , or erase. Im using apple iphone Thank you

It was wonderful to use so I didn't have to go to town to fill out the particular paperwork i needed to turn in. The only negative was I thought I was in a 30-day free trial period, and I was charged two separate charges, though they were very small, but yet I was charged.

Ralph - My favorite support friend
I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and I will definitely keep PDF Filler in mind if I or my friends need a safe place to store or edit documents. This site was exactly what we needed to edit pdf's and create fillable fields for all of our school enrollment forms. The options for receiving the information when completed, as well as many other perks made this a perfect product for our use.
