Life made easy
If you fill a lot of forms, it is worth it. Otherwise you might not want to pay for the subscription for just one form.
It makes editing and filling out forms so quick. The tools are great and the UI is easy to use and clean to look at.
Once you fill the form, you have to pay or else you cannot save or print. This is not made clear from the start.

Is Poland affected by Article 13?
According to Kabuki, Poland wants Article 13 to be amended or abolished. We cannot ask the Court to amend the Directive one way or another. One exception is France, where the Directive could come into effect already by the end of 2020.
Which countries are affected by Article 13?
Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Finland and Sweden voted against adopting the directive, whereas Belgium, Estonia and Slovenia abstained. In total 19 countries voted to approve the legislation.
What's happening with Article 13?
The Directive on Copyright and its most controversial component, Article 13, requires online platforms to filter or remove copyrighted material from their websites. It's this article that people think could be interpreted as requiring platforms to ban memes, but more on that later.
What is going on with Article 13?
Article 13 of the EU Copyright Directive states services such as YouTube could be held responsible if their users upload copyright-protected movies and music. The EU last introduced new copyright laws in 2001.
Will Article 13 be passed?
The EU Council will have to pass the law as well, but at this point, it is unlikely that the outcome will change. This means that Article 13 will take effect in March or April 2021, if countries stick to the two-year requirement.

Article 13 of the European Convention on Human Rights, which provides for the right to an effective judicial remedy for violations of rights under the convention. Article 13 of the European Union Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market, which would expand legal liability for websites.
What countries do Article 13 affect?
Article 13 and Article 11 in the UK During the vote, five countries refused to agree to the directive: Italy, Finland, Sweden, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. A further three countries (Belgium, Estonia and Slovenia) abstained from voting to approve the directive in the European Council.
Can Article 13 still be stopped?
On 26 March 2019, all 750 Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) adopted an EU copyright reform that forces upload filters onto the Internet, as Article 17 (ex Art. 13) was not deleted. The EU Member States will now have 2 years' time to implement the Directive into their own national legislation.
