PDFfiller is full featured and extremely easy to use. You can add text, images, highlights and shapes with just a few clicks, and position what you add exactly where you want it to be. Very easy to use
Very easy to download a document, fill in the required fields and electronically sign. When I had a small issue customer service solved it quickly.

How do I create a multiple question survey in Outlook?
In a new email message, go to the Insert tab, and then click Poll. The Poll pane opens and is ready for you to type your first question and two options. To add additional options, click + Add option.
How do you get to options in Outlook?
When composing a message, select the Options tab and press the Show BCC and Show From buttons to enable them. When you use Outlook 2013 or Outlook 2016 and reply or forward an email from the Reading Pane, the Show Fields group can be found all the way to the right on the Message tab.
