Great. However, I need to type vertical on the forms I am filling out and am not sure PDFfiller allows this process. There are two pages that I prefer to print on one page but I do not see this option when I am ready to print.

What do you like best?
We have used PDFFiller for years. I like the ability to use editing tools other apps charge extra for. The ability to use the mobile app was especially useful when we were in a bidding war for the purchase of our home. We were able to edit and sign purchase agreement on the fly.
What do you dislike?
User interface has not been updated in a while and feels a little clunky.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have clients sign documents and contracts. We are able to edit PDFs directly rather than scanning or retyping documents in a word prove easier.

so far astonishing. i created a fillable govt form locally=TEDIOUS.. uploaded it.. filled it out.. bad tab order :(... was able to change the tab order VERY easily.. send to email and boom.. awsome.. so far

Fairly easy to use
Fairly easy to use. Would like to combine 2 or more docs into one file so I can fax as a group. I'm sure that's an option; but haven't found it yet...still new at this.

How does a lease option work?
A lease-option is a contract in which a landlord and tenant agree that, at the end of a specified period, the renter can buy the property. The tenant pays an up-front option fee and an additional amount each month that goes toward the eventual down payment.
How do you go about leasing a house?
If the seller drafted the contract, pay particular attention to whether the agreement is a lease option or lease purchase. In a lease purchase agreement, you must buy the house when the lease period ends. Instead of lease purchase, get a lease option, which gives you the option of buying.
Is rent to own a good option?
Rent-to-own is also a good option for people who might have recent credit trouble that they need a few years to repair. Making your lease payments on time can help improve your credit. Just make sure your landlord/seller reports your rental payment data to the major credit reporting agencies.
