I love it for the most part. Just wish I could send a document to a person without knowing their email (ex. directly to their Facebook account) with the ability to view and sign not edit the document. Other than that, it's been great!

What do you like best?
PDF Filler was a Game changer for me! All my files are saved as a PDF now, I can sign documents and send back via fax or email to customers. Its also very handy with my touch screen laptop. I use a stylist pen and clients can sign just 1 time and I can use it over the course of all their documents. Clients can come in and sign without dealing with paper and copying. All I need is 1 signature and that's it!!! My whole team loves it, and I have had other Agents ask me what I use, so I have referred several of my friends to PDF FILLER.
What do you dislike?
Wish they had more fonts and color texts. Also it would be great if we could capture a signature and send it in to use. Perhaps a bigger data base for signatures as well, and more documents to be saved. Overall this program is very useful in my line of business. I use it multiple times a day, even on the weekends when necessary.

So much less paperwork! Saves time, money, paper and ink. 90% of my documents are saved on my computer. So no more bulky filing cabinets and paper records. Less $ on ink, and paper which is very expensive. Its actually safer to save to a hard drive anyway. Very pleased with everything PDF Filler has to offer my business.

Good for someone who isn't tech savy
While I'd like to think I am pretty good with a computer -- I am by no means the level of a graphic designer or anything like that. But I do a lot of work with pdfs that need to be tweaked a bit and this is easy to use!
The initial use can be a little daunting to someone who is new. But it's easy to figure out once you get a hang of it.

How long does it take for cash to settle Fidelity?
The settlement date is the day you must have the money on hand to pay for your purchase and the day you get cash for selling a fund. The ETF settlement date is three days after a trade is placed, whereas traditional open-end mutual funds settle the next day.
What is settled cash fidelity?
Settled Cash. The portion of your Cash (Core) balance that represents the amount of securities you can Buy and Sell in a Cash Account without creating a Good Faith Violation.

What is settled cash vs cash available to trade?
Your “available to trade” amount represents how much you have available to buy stocks or ETFs. It includes unused cash from your deposits as well as any proceeds from stocks or ETFs you've sold. Your “available to withdraw” amount represents how much settled (and cleared) cash is in your account and can be withdrawn.
What is settled cash buying power?
What about your buying power? The buying power in a cash account is the maximum dollar amount that is available for placing trades. Settled funds, unsettled funds-available, and unsettled funds-unavailable are used to determine a cash account's buying power.
What is settled cash in brokerage account?
As the term implies, a cash account requires that you pay for all purchases in full by the settlement date. According to industry standards, most securities have a settlement date that occurs on trade date plus 2 business days (T+2). That means that if you buy a stock on a Monday, settlement date would be Wednesday.
Can I trade with unsettled funds?
If you purchase a security with settled funds in your cash account you may sell that security at any time without restriction. According to this rule, sale proceeds generated by selling stock in a cash account are considered unsettled for a period of 2 business days following the trade date.
Why does it take 3 days to settle a trade?
Clients are given 3 days to pay for the trade, or deliver securities to close short positions. Trading errors and misunderstandings are a significant part of the business. Three-day settlement allows time to make corrections.
