Had many of the forms I needed, however, surprised with researching NC business forms I found a 1997 form but not a 2000 form. Fortunately I can use a 2001 form for 2000 year.

Why can't I open a PDF file in InDesign?
While InDesign doesn't support editable PDFs, you can import imagery from this format using the Place Command. You're then able to use all the functions available in InDesign to edit and add to your document. To add a PDF image in InDesign, follow these steps: Create an InDesign document.
