Sometimes not compatible with the pdf you upload, so when saved it hasn't accurately filled in the right boxes

Find the PDF you want to upload. You can either download it to your device, or copy its URL if it's available on the web. In your Knowledge Base, decide where you want to keep this PDF. you'll be attaching it to a document or other Rem as a source. Zoom into that Rem and click Add Source, or type /isrc .
