I used the service like the service, but until I got to print a copy of the SR-1 form, I thought I was using the government's free website for submitting an SR-1 form. I want to cancel it because I will not need to use it again. So, please cancel my account and service. Please also send an email to me confirming that you have cancelled the service. Thank you.

Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. I do not find you disadvantaged, because you are covering the need of users who can not afford desktop software, to edit a PDF document

Had an unknown charge from pdf filler on my credit card, contacted them and they were very helpfully clearing up the charge it had been my wife who had subscribed to them but she has since passed away they cancelled subscription and gave full refund
