Overall the format is excellent -- the clearest, fastest and most accessible set of URL instructions I've ever used -- EXCEPT haven't yer succeeded in getting a doc e-signed! Maybe we were missing a step. The doc got e-sent to the signer, but all he ever got was the sample doc to fill out -- but it wouldn't let him fill it out. and just kept popping up the sample doc. Even tho ' it side we'd successfully down loaded the doc - but it appears it kept downloading the same sample doc and not the one I'd sent him to sign,

Great online chat support!
Support when I've needed it has been great which I can rarely say about most companies these days. While the program tends to be a little cumbersome it works for what I need it to. When I have issues the online chat support has been great an very little wait to get to someone. John resolved my issue over the weekend and Kara fixed the one I had this morning - I really appreciate both their help!

A solid editor with a very minor flaw imo
Other than a better scroll bar for the area of the documents being edited, the interface is pretty easy to navigate if you have used any similar programs (such as adobe acrobat reader). I wish there was a less feature oriented version that was free to use/download, perhaps with a daily/weekly task limit, similar to things like smallpdf.

Used on a Mac and had to fix some invoices. It was really cool the pdf filler would adjust the font and size to what was on the page. Perfect for what I needed thank you.

I signed up for a trial and forgot that…
I signed up for a trial and forgot that the annual subscription kicked in a month later. Subsequently, I realised that I have no use for the service/product. PDFfiller was kind and understanding. They responded almost immediately and refunded me without hesitation.

You must return your approved-for-warranty JUUL Device or Portable Charging Case to JUUL Labs to obtain service on your warranty claim. JUUL Labs is not responsible for lost or damaged returns sent by you.

Refunds are available for new and unused devices within 14 days of delivery from JUUL.com. The JUUL Serial Number is a unique combination of eight characters (letters and numbers) engraved on the back of your device, below the JUUL logo. JUUL serial numbers only use the number 0 (zero) and 1 (one) and not the letter O (as in Oscar) or I (as in India).
