Experience was OK. Site is not clear on how to change type size and document size when filling in form. Also don't appreciate having to use PDFfiler and pay for a subscription just to save my document and print a copy. It contradicts your advertising for a Free service.

Very simple to use and create your own invoice for your company and you can e-mail to your client from the same site that also provides a security code for the receiver to access your invoice and you receive a notice when they do.

I subscribed to a trial of this…
I subscribed to a trial of this software after no longer having full access to Adobe Acrobat. It was such an easy to use alternative, and more affordable per year. They also have an excellent, and very efficient customer support team. I recommend PDFFiller to any individual or business in need of a solid pdf. editing solution.

PDF Filler - what a great tool
I love the convenience of being able to access and fill out forms from any device or computer. I also like the fact that I can save the forms I create and use them again in the future. Very easy to find and insert the form fields that I need. It is also very user-friendly, and it makes creating forms so much easier. I like that I don't have to download anything and it is all online. I can access my account anywhere, anytime. The customer service is also excellent. I highly recommend it.

So far this has been exactly what I was looking for. We just upgraded from paper to a software system and I need something to make our contracts and enrollment documents fillable for the parents and students without redoing everything.

I recently saw a charge for a PDF filling service, and I had no memory of signing up for it. December 2020 has not been a picnic for me. I reached out to customer service, and ******* handled it from beginning to end. She even works to get things done when I was not able to get her all the information she needed, due to unfortunate events going on in my life. They have reverse the charges. I don't know if this product works or not, but I do know that their customer service team does or very well if you are patient and persistent with them. That's rare for any product. So, they get five stars from me.

I would like it if you could have a price per document option. I very rarely need this app but when I do, it is very nice to have.I can't justify a monthly subscription but would pay $3 to $5/document. to use this app.

What paperwork is needed for legal guardianship?
The names of the forms are usually: Petition for Appointment of Guardian (or Petition for Appointment of Guardian of Minor) Petition for Conservatorship (when dealing with an incompetent adult) Order Appointing Guardian.
What do I need to file for guardianship?
Fill out your forms. Have your forms reviewed. Make at least 3 copies of all your forms. File your forms with the court clerk. Give notice. Get completed proof of services forms from the server and file them with the court. Get everyone who agrees to sign a consent and waiver of notice.
How much does it cost to file for guardianship?
There is no charge for filing for a guardianship. For a conservatorship, there is a $45 filing fee.
Do I need a lawyer to file for guardianship?
Usually, you do not need a lawyer to ask to be appointed someone's guardian. The forms to file a guardianship case are easy to fill out and can be obtained from your local courthouse. If the incompetent person does not have a lawyer, the court will appoint a lawyer to rep- resent the incompetent person at the hearing.
How do I get guardianship without going to court?
STANDBY GUARDIAN: Custody of a child can also be obtained without going to court by becoming a Standby Guardian. A standby guardianship is created by having the parents sign a document available from the probate court stating that they are consenting to have the grandparent or relative take guardianship of their child.
Where do I go to apply for guardianship?
Step 1: Get the required court forms and fill them out You will need to get and complete several forms. Go to the Probate Court office in the county where the child lives. Explain to the clerk that you want to petition for guardianship of a minor child.
Do guardianship papers need to be notarized?
As with most legal proceedings, temporary guardianship requires a notary. Documents that are sent to the court need to be notarized. Every witness statement and other piece of evidence you gather to support your filing for temporary guardianship will need to be notarized to be credible.
What is needed for proof of guardianship?
If you were appointed as guardian by a court, you can simply provide a copy of the order or the letter of guardianship that was signed by the judge as proof. If you were appointed as guardian by the parents of a child, and it was executed by an affidavit of guardianship, the affidavit itself is enough proof.
