I am just getting started. I am happy with the forms - only done one but in a panic- and you all came through. However, I signed up for the monthly plan and I got a bill saying the amount was $180 - the annual amount.How can I verify that I signed up and will be billed monthly at $15.00? The experience was interesting. I would recommend the company to others but I would make sure that the price is up front before purchase is made. I misunderstood the price of the product. But Again I would recommend the company just for the fact that they are very helpful.

It has a lot of features but not overly complicated. There is a lot of function, and it runs smoothly.

Occasionally navigation of the sight has been sticky.
