I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. Took forever to figure out it wasn't free. Here I thought I was filling out a form to print and filled it all out then said I need to pay. Very frustrating

in a nutshell: sooooooooooo much better than adobe acrobat. i'm a new user, but this was just infinitely less frustrating (and i'm hoping less expensive) that dealing with adobe.

Good for business
Works well most of the time with only about 5% of customers having difficulty signing documents. Plan to keep using
PDFFILLER does everything I need it to do for my business: quick edits, templates and storage.
Some workflow improvements could be made to save clicks and therefore time. Would like more flexibility to send templatized emails

The learning curve is not too steep. I'd feel more confident with it, if there was a way to save the document other than clicking DONE which closes it....it's better than the government forms I've hassled with!
