the user interaction could be a little better, for example I don't like that when I'm on the Mybox tab, once I open a file and close it I keep getting directed to the dashboard. So I have to keep clicking back to the Mybox. Otherwise, great product! :)

Kara helped me locate a document that I could not find after downloading it. What a relief!
I was extremely worried because personal information was on the document. Through the chat support feature, Kara guided me in locating the document in my account (which I didn't know I had), moving it to the Trash, and then permanently deleting it.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I happened upon your company. I filled out a form for Transfer on Death for Minnesota. I paid but then had trouble getting back in. Turned out file was corrupted. Got great help and got it to work.

PDF Filler is an easy way to find and download documents. However, being in South Africa and having to pay in US $ is just too expensive.
