some forms are not as well created. would be nice to be able to tab between fields. or when clicking in fields that should all be within the same horizontal line it would be nice if they automatically lined up rather than having to be moved like individual text boxes.

Site could be more mobile friendly. I'm still learning but so far it has done exactly what I needed and greatly improved my ability to get the docs back I send.

Excellent tool, very useful and easy to use
In my work we use a lot of PDF for contact with the client and the truth is that it is useful to have such a tool to make it quick and easy; It's something less to think about.
The best thing about this tool is that it solves a basic problem with the PDFs we receive: editing them. It is also very easy to use, saves a lot of time and has the possibility of adding a digital signature to each document.
Some form formats are more complex to edit and the tool gets confused, but it happens with all other tools.

Too expensive if you're not a business user (the price is too high for myself when I need the tool for a few times during the month, so it doesn't worth the price)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works perfectly as an editor, so I can easily change my documents with minimum effort.

Do private companies have to follow labor laws?
Private-sector employers with 50 or more employees are required to grant eligible workers up to 12 weeks of job-protected, unpaid leave for certain family and medical reasons during a 12-month period.
Do federal labor laws override state laws?
The preemption doctrine originates from the supremacy clause of Article 6 of the U.S. Constitution. This doctrine states that any federal law, even if it is only a regulation from a federal agency, supersedes any conflicting state law, even if that law is part of the state's constitution.
How can a state law override a federal law?
The law that applies to situations where state and federal laws disagree is called the supremacy clause, which is part of article VI of the Constitution. Basically, if a federal and state law contradict, then when you're in the state you can follow the state law, but the feds can decide to stop you.
Does federal law require lunch breaks?
Federal law does not currently require employers to provide meal, lunch, or break periods for their employees. The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLEA) is very strict in requiring employers to pay non-exempt employees for all hours worked.
Do states have to enforce federal laws?
In a nutshell: (1) State officials need not enforce federal laws that the state has determined to be unconstitutional. Nor may Congress mandate that states enact specific laws. First, are states required to enforce federal laws and enact regulatory programs that Congress mandates? The answer on both counts is No.
Who is exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act?
An exempt employee is not paid overtime wages for hours worked over 40 in a workweek. To be considered exempt from FLEA, an employee must be paid on a salary basis, and must have exempt job duties.
Who is covered under the Fair Labor Standards Act?
Employers Who Are Covered The FLEA applies only to employers whose annual sales total $500,000 or more or who are engaged in interstate commerce. You might think that this would restrict the FLEA to covering only employees in large companies, but, in reality, the law covers nearly all workplaces.
What qualifies an employee to be exempt?
Exempt employee classifies employees who are exempt from overtime pay and the minimum wage. For an employee to be considered exempt, they must use discretion and independent judgment, at least 50 percent of the time and must earn more than $455 per week.
