It was wonderful using the form to fill in my information, however, I was shocked to learn at the end that I am required to joint for a fee or my document would be unprintable. You should notify a person first there is a fee in case they have no money to pay your fee or do not wish to pay when you can print these forms out from many sources and fill in by using a pen.

Only would like a print out instruction…
Only would like a print out instruction sheet. I love being able to create contacts in a few minutes. Make my template and just fill in the info to create a new contract.

Very easy to use
Very easy to use. Loved it. Struggled with editing sideways orientated text. Type replaced went a little wonky, it was for a quick edit to a a basic document, not an official presentation, in which case I might have required a more powerful editor.

What documents should I keep and for how long?
To be on the safe side, McBride says to keep all tax records for at least seven years. Keep forever. Records such as birth and death certificates, marriage licenses, divorce decrees, Social Security cards, and military discharge papers should be kept indefinitely.
How long should you keep receipts?
The general rule of thumb is to keep business receipts for as long as the IRS can audit your records. Usually, the IRS audits three years worth of records. Keep your business receipts for at least three years in case you need to show proof of purchases or sales.
Is there any reason to keep receipts?
In order to prove that you were entitled to any deduction or credit taken on your tax return, the IRS will want to see proof (receipt, cancelled check, credit card statement). It's best to hold onto all your receipts until after you file each year's tax return.
