I needed a program that would allow me to auto-fill information on export documents that I am responsible for completing, and PDF fillers has given me the ability to do that. I know that PDFfiller will do a lot more than what I am aware of. I would highly recommend this site to anyone who needs almost any commercial-type document, or you can load your own document and create a pdf file and for your personal needs. what i like the most about this software is that it is flexible and there's a lot of things you can do with the pdf file with this

What is a conditional field?
A conditional field is a field that is hidden from the respondent's view by default. Once triggered by a multiple choice option, it is visible on the form. To create a conditional field, you must have a multiple-choice field to trigger it. Conditional fields cannot be triggered by text input questions.
What does conditionally required mean?
Conditionally required fields must be completed if certain conditions are met. For example if an institution responds Yes that is has a certain program, then a description of that program may be required. (The trigger for each conditionally required field is outlined in the STARS Technical Manual).
