This is a pretty good tool to use for filling out, signing, sending, and working on high school scholarships! you can open .pdf files right on the program and fill them out and even sign them and email them to the recipient. The only downside is the cost, its kind of ridiculous in price.

I wish it would edit pictures so I can erase and/or add text; it is not very accurate in determining the the input areas on forms; it changes the font on some .pdfs that are uploaded.

Very helpful tool for 1099. How do you auto populate though. I find it tedious to manually type the same info over and over. Still WAY better than the alternative though. Thanks.

as an insurance broker I encounter too often forms from insurance companies that are not editable yet. Which makes preparing them for our clients some stupid and unncessary extra work (and for the clients to finish them). PDFfiller is a great tool to help with that in q fast and easy way.

It seems it is a bait and switch deal. You think you are getting a month for free but to really use the form without watermarks like SAMPLE across it, it seems you have to pay.

A Certificate of Publication in NY is proof to the state that your LLC has met the Newspaper Publication Requirement to maintain authorization to do business in New York.
After the initial formation of an LLC, the New York LLC Law requires that notice of formation be published in two newspapers (one daily and one weekly) once a week for six consecutive weeks. ... The certificate must be filed within 120 days of the effectiveness of the LLC's articles of organization.
Failure to Publish does not destroy liability shield of LLC or its ability to actually do business. But, you can be sure of the following: The members (owners) of the LLC will still be protected by the limited liability shield of the LLC.
