Great Product This software has helped mainly with electronic signature creation but also with overall PDF edits. The software offers a number of options for editing PDFs and is fairly user-friendly. It has an easy layout. I do not like the fact that the software can lag when working with slightly larger documents. It can also be time-consuming to learn more advanced features.

When I chatted with support When I chatted with support, I had had two different people who took the files I had been trying to merge unsuccessfully and merge them for me!!! Similarly when I had trouble with blank pages and missing pages in a merged document I found out it was because I was using Edge as my browser instead of Chrome. It would have been best if that had been in the program itself, but support really came through to help me out.

What do you like best? I enjoy the ease with uploading and editing files. As well as, the ability to change file types or combine documents. What do you dislike? The formatting can be time consuming and is hard to keep text consistent with original document. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would consider what you need it for and the price. It serves a good use for pdf editing and file management. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has simplified my study resources by allowing me to combine relevant documents.

Works Perfectly! I don't typically need a lot of editing, but what I do need this service does perfectly.
