My only disappointment with PDFfiller was that I did not know it was a subscription based service since I clicked through a google link to a specific form. good solid editor-- would like to see other payment choices, like a quarterly option, and even instead of relying on automatic renewal, send a reminder email prior to the renewal to ensure the user is still consistently using product

Making my job a lot easier using this product. A little difficult to navigate. I'm sure it will come easier with more frequency of using the product.

Searching for specific wording in a .PDF file
My request for assistance with an issue I didn't know how to fix was answered very quickly and I was back to work. Unlike most support with other software companies where you wait 3 days for a response requesting additional information then another 3 days for a response and usually goes on and on. pdfFiller was right there and stayed with me until the problem was solved. Anyone dealing with .PDF files and not using pdfFiller is losing out.

I had a problem with PDFfiller and sent a mail to support. They replied within an hour or so, really excellent service. I live in South Africa where government support is poor at best.
