With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. Good except I have trouble figuring out how to pull up forms and save them with a different name after filling them with new information so I can save them all.

First time I've ever used it. It was simple enough for me. I love it! I was stuck filling out my w-2's & w-3's. I had purchased what I needed & was looking for a great program to film them out online & print. And PDF made it possible. Thanks

PDFfiller seems to do everything I need, thanks. The only negative, and it's hard to pin down, is that the UI (user interface) seems to be overly busy and cluttered. But it works.

Something went wrong, when I was filling once it stopped me suddenly. It saved the work, luckily. But I lost two minutes to restart my job, and this wasn't nice.

What do you like best?
I have been using PDFfiler for more than 4 years. It makes my pdf documents look professional. There is no longer a need to print a doc, fill it in with pen, scan, and send. PDFfiler reduces the amount of steps I have to take to get the job done. It helps to also have everything saved on the My Docs page. I can find the same tax documents I need month after month. PDFfiler also reduces the amount of paper needed to generate a document. I probably use PDFfiler every day.
What do you dislike?
I would like to be able to turn off the assisted pop-ups. They can obstruct the box I want to enter text.

Great Product!
So far, my experience with this product has been great! I have only used the PDF editing features and not played with the APIs. The navigation is friendly and quick, and tools are simple and easy enough to figure out. The page loading time was a little slow in my case- editing a 10 page PDF document, but it was sufficient.

Very satisfied so far. Have not yet utilized the notary service but plan to do so. Very happy editing PDFs. My only complaint is that it's far too expensive for my needs as an individual. I can see how it would be well worth it for a business, but in my case, I will likely cancel after a month because I just can't afford it. Please consider a cheaper option for individuals &/or sole proprietors. That said, it's a great service -- far better than others I've used. Great job.
