Easy to Use Online Document Filter
Online platform allows for less bulky application. Some users liked that it was online and they didn't have to have an expensive bulky app like Adobe.
There are some features lacking and the website could use a little reboot. For the price, you can't get any better than this but it could still look better. It would be easier to use.

Everything is working
I checked out their pdf software, it's truly great, I liked it and I was ready to buy a year subscription, but all these bad reviews on line about this company made me nervous. However I signed up and now I am pleased to work with it

1. You have the forms I need; 2. the platform is user friendly, in general; 3. completion of forms is easy to navigate, specifically; 4. the ability to save in multiple formats; 5. the ease and ability to send completed forms is great; 6. PDFfiller for contracts
I use pdf filler for anything between signing contracts and making NDAs. It's easily recognizable and has a good reputation.
The verified process and the ease of use.
It can get too expensive at times if you aren't getting discounts or special offers.

Great customer service
This is a great site and if I had a business I would probably use it, but I only needed to sign and fill 2 documents during my 30-day free trail, so the cost of an actual subscription wasn't worth it. I attempted to cancel my subscription on the site but couldn't for some reason. As soon as I asked for a refund, however, it was immediate and customer service could not have been more helpful. So it would have been 5 stars if cancelling the free trial was a little easier. Also, if there was a lower subscription for very light usage I would be interested in that.

PDFfiller do all the document from now on instead of MS.

It's court request to use PDFfiller to do the Pleading, Ex-Parte and Declaration. 4). due to this instruction brought me to PDFfiller and learn how to do the legal document. 5).. I had trouble logging in to my account
I had trouble logging in to my account. It was a small issue but I sent a text message and got a reply soon after. The Customer Service at pdffiller is very responsive. I have been a customer (for creating insurance forms for my medical practice) for three years and it is an excellent service. It is user-friendly and intuitive and simple to use. I highly recommend pdffiller.
