To Whom It May Concern, I need to let you know that I jumped the gun on submitting my prior severely bad review. Knoll G ended up figuring out the issue and assisted greatly in resolving it. She had much more patience than I had as I had been trying to figure out where everything had been changed to from when I used your site the year before. After 4 hours of much frustration, Knoll G saved the day. I would like to ask for you to somewhat disregard my initial review. I only say somewhat because I feel that the site had such a huge change from last year's "easy to use" formatting. I never needed to use support help. That said, I would like to praise Knoll G. She never gave up even when I did. Huge THANK YOU for not giving up Knoll! You're great and I hope you get some sort of reward for going above and beyond. I would also like to add a technical note...I don't know how everything is viewed on the companies side, but it was very difficult to work with support in terms of the chat box. Every time Knoll G gave me a direction to go and I went (which means the screen changed), I would lose the chat box and had to wait for Knoll G to type and send me something before the box would reappear and then I could respond. It only added to my then current frustration so your site coders might want to look into that.

I think a better training tool/video would be beneficial for new and old users.

Great customer service Great customer service, such a hard thing to come across. Easy access to your cloud uploaded documents from any device. The only thing limiting the 5 star is the relatively clunky interface. Still would use again for secure pdf development.

So easy to use and meets all my expectations Knowing that it's there when I need it. I only use it when I get a new tenant. It also saves my information so I don't have to enter it each time. I can find any form that I need. I own a small rental business and I am able to fill out my lease and Pd filler saves it and I can fill out the next with just changing the new lease's name and address.

Rearrange pages or sections Click View in the toolbar, choose Show Page Thumbnails, select the page or section thumbnail, then drag it to where you want it in the page hierarchy. You can drag an individual page in a word-processing document if the page is its own section.
Move a section or page: In the sidebar, select the section or page you want to move, then drag it to where you want it in the document. You can move multiple pages at a time, but only one section at a time.
Open Word and the document to reorder. Scroll to the page you want to move. Hold down the left mouse button and drag down to the right to select a whole page. Release the mouse and the page are highlighted.
Click anywhere on the page where you want the new section to start, or click anywhere in a section to add a section after it. Click in the toolbar, then click the Section tab at the top of the sidebar. Click the Create a new section pop-up menu, then choose where to start the section.
Place your cursor at the beginning of the page you want to copy. Click and drag the cursor to the bottom of the page you want to copy. Press Ctrl + C on your keyboard.
Rearrange pages in a page layout document Touch and hold the thumbnail of the page you want to move, then drag it to where you want it. To hide Page Thumbnails view, swipe left across the thumbnails.
Open Word and the document to reorder. Scroll to the page you want to move. Hold down the left mouse button and drag down to the right to select a whole page.
Click anywhere on the page where you want the new section to start, or click anywhere in a section to add a section after it. Click in the toolbar, then click the Section tab at the top of the sidebar. Click the Create a new section pop-up menu, then choose where to start the section.
Delete a page In a word-processing document: Select all the text on the page, then press Delete. If there's a blank page (at the end of your document, for example), click to place the insertion point at the bottom of the blank page, then keep pressing Delete until the page disappears.
