I've had problems expanding boxes to fit text in. Customer support sent a YouTube video and that was some help and fixed one box, but then I had problems with a second box and just didn't have the time to keep trying to fix the problem. After a few attempts I was able to fix the problem, and now I am very impressed with the program.

I am happy with the selection of forms, but it could be easier to locate forms I need to complete. Also, your connection is pretty slow. I thought it was my internet the first couple of times, but the connectivity only takes eons when trying to access my docs on your site.

What do you like best?
This just helps a ton when I need to edit a pdf on my computer. I used to export PDFs as a jpeg and edited the photo and it was super stupid but this is perfect because I never have to try to remember how I edited a PDF the last time I did it.
What do you dislike?
It’s a little clumsy and took a bit for me to figure it out, which means I’m not excellent at explaining how to use it to other people that aren’t technologically inclined, but it still works really well.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I need to edit release forms and vouchers on a daily basis for my models and it’s a breeze with this extension on my laptop.

I like it very much, I think it has great fearures and it has helped me a lot... so much that I was ready to become a paid user. However, 2 of the last documents I uploaded to the system were cut-off and seriously changed (different format, things missing, etc) the uploaded document did not show as an identical version of the original document and that made me change my mind. I use it for contracts and they need to be exactly as the original document. These are legally binding documents, so because of that, I decided not to continue the service after the free trial ends.

In Mail, in the Navigation Pane, click Sent Items. Open the message that you want to recall. On the Message tab, in the Move group, click Actions, and then click Recall This Message. Click Delete unread copies of this message.
Start Outlook and select the “Sent Items” folder in the Navigation Pane. Double-click the message you want to recall to open it. Select the “Message” tab of the email message window. Click the “Actions” drop-down arrow in the Move group and select “Recall This Message.”
Select File > Info. Under AccountInformation, make sure the account you sent the email from is selected. ... Select the Back button. In the navigation pane, select the Scent Items folder. Double-click the email message that you want to recall or replace. Select Message > Actions > Recall This Message.
Open the Scent Mail folder or other folder where your sent items are stored. Open the message (double-click to open in a new window). Select the Actions option in the Move section of the Message tab. Select Recall This Message
Go to 'Sent Items' Double-click on the email you want to recall. The email will open in a separate window. Click 'Actions' Select 'Recall this Message'
In Mail, in the Navigation Pane, click Sent Items. Open the message that you want to recall and replace. On the Message tab, in the Actions group, click Other Actions, and then click Recall This Message. Click Delete unread copies and replace with a new message or Delete unread copies and replace with a new message.
At the top of the page, select Settings > View all Outlook settings. Select Mail > Compose and reply. Under Undo send, choose how long Outlook.com will wait to send your messages. Select Save.
Select 'Sent Mail' from the left side menu. Select the letter you need. Click on 'Actions' and select 'Recall this Message' from a list. Check 'Delete unread copies of this message' in the pop-up window and click 'Ok'.
Microsoft Outlook contains a recall function that can unsend emails after you send them in some limited circumstances. You can only recall a scent email if you and the recipient are both using a Microsoft Exchange Server email account and the recipient hasn't read the email yet.
Open your “Sent Items” folder. Open the email message you'd like to recall/forget/douse in kerosene and light on fire. On the ribbon up top, go to the “Move” group. Click on “Actions” Select “Recall This Message”
