Honestly- it is not straigth forward tool- you need to spend time and learn how to use it so it is not exceptionally user friendly. I found SignNow very complex!

What do you like best?
I like that the website is very easy to use and allows many different functions, including digital signatures and saving directly into your computer. I also like the options to save a template to use, which saves me a lot of time as I am always using the same forms.
What do you dislike?
I dislike that I always have to log in again every time I use the website.

Digital signatures. Being able to edit PDF with a Mac since most PDF programs are only compatible with windows.

What do you like best? I love that it makes editing a pdf file quick & easy. What do you dislike? I've not run into any features of the program that I do not like yet. I have not even touched its full use of tools capabilities yet. Every day is a learning curve for me. Me and a friend started up plumbing and heating business and to cut back on overhead i took on the second job at night of doing the books until we can afford a book keeper. Bought the latest Microsoft Office and I am pulling my hair out doing spread sheets , invoices, job proposals, payroll and still have hardly learned a fraction of Offices capabilities. Excel,Word, One Note, Outlook, Access just mentioning the ones i use most. One thing i find hard to do is work with and understand is all the file formats and what one and when to use them. The one i use most is PDF . This program PDF FILLER has made my life so much easier and cut my time in Half. Once i put it in PDF format i couldn't Edit the work. Life is so much better I probably will not go bald now!

PDF Filler Saver and Protector Great! Awesome software/product that is very helpful in the business environment. What I like most with the PDF filler is the ability to secure and password protect a very important document. I like sending documents or exchange with staff for faster and easier collaboration and this software helps us do that while making sure the personal information are protected. Nothing much as it serves the purpose that I am really looking for. I cannot think of anything that I don't like. I am satisfied.

A redaction is applied when confidential information that appears within transcript text needs to be removed. The redaction tool allows you to select and highlight text within the transcript that contains sensitive information. The redaction appears transparent until printed.
Ensure the Redact toolbar is visible (View→Toolbars→Redact). Select Redact Image () and drag out a rectangular area to be redacted. ... You can move, resize and rotate the rectangular area just like any other graphic object. Continue adding further redaction areas in the same way to images in your document.
Open your Word document that you want to redact. Bring up the backstage view by clicking File. Go to Info, then Check for Issues and click Inspect Document. On the Document Inspector dialog that appears, select (check) the options available on the list that you wish to inspect.
