I was looking for a free, easy to use program to complete documents because I have trouble with arthritis in both hands making it difficult and painful to hand/write. PDFfiller fit the bill to a T! It was very easy to Fill out the PDF. Then I was suprised I could also mail it, from the same website.
I can upload a PDF and have it mailed, even by Certified Mail.
That you can mail or fax the PDF. You can like email to fax. Which is very good. Especially since I don't have a phone anymore, let alone a fax, since I just use my Cell Phone.
Technical support is terrific. They are always availble, they know everything, they are very helpful. For example, one technician let me email him my PDF, he fixed it for me, and emailed back to me.

PDF Filller Frendly Support Person
I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. Web based PDF signing tool
I use PDFfiller for signing purchase orders or sending proposals for clients to digitally sign. It's great because users can sign documents in their browser without needing to download anything.
PDFfiller's editing tools leave much to the imagination. I don't use the editing features as I can accomplish what I need with other programs.

A fine program, useful, optimal, and perfect for what it's for.
Ease of use, its incredibly easy and fast for the task.
Could be cleaned up a bit. Lots of options that are a bit messy.

What do you like best?
It is very easy to use and user friendly. It is also easy to add fields and fill them in. When I am creating a document, I can also easily share them with each of our employee accounts. I also like how I am able to remove an employees account from having access to the documents with a click of a button.
What do you dislike?
I wish our technicians were able to use the app without internet service. In some cases, we do not have access to service, and we are unable to fill out our paperwork. It would also be nice to be able to add more than 4 other people to the account without having to get a corporate account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has all you could ever need all in one place. We have used the SignNow and faxing features, in addition to the typical use for pdfFiller.

We are able to keep all of our paperwork in one place, and the technicians are able to access it on their phones. This has made it easier to make sure all technicians are getting the correct paperwork for every job, and with the different accounts, we are able to hold the technicians accountable.

The NC OTP was a perfect match and was all that we needed to get the buyer and seller on the same page. Although it wasn't used by the attorneys it could have easily been used since it was identical to the one they used.
