I tried it before purchasing. The font, tick box selection and general feel is better, in my opinion, than that I have experienced with Adobe. My abilities are significantly challenged due to illness. The PDF document that I have to use presents with problems when I run it in other edit utilities. I may call on you if I get stuck, but so far I am favorably impressed with this product. Thanks. ;-)

Great Customer Service I only needed the service for a specific period and thought I cancelled the service, until I was charged. I contacted customer service and gave every possible email address the service could be connected to, so I thought. None of those emails showed service connected to it, so they ended up submitting a trouble ticket. A few days later they contacted me to see if I was connected to another email address, and it was my husband's business, that I never thought about. Even though it automatically renewed, they responded that they would refund the charge.

Product reliability is verified by measurement. The metric for products that cannot be repaired, such as light bulbs, is mean time to failure (MTBF). The metric for products that can be repaired, such as digital computers, is mean time between failures (MTBF).
If failure of any component does not depend on any other component, the reliability of the system is obtained simply as the product of the reliabilities of individual elements, R=R1×R2×R3× ARN=RJ.
Reliability of a product is defined as the probability that the product will not fail throughout a prescribed operating period. The reliability of each component and the configuration of the system consisting of these components determines the system reliability (i.e., the reliability of the product).
If the MTBF is known, one can calculate the failure rate as the inverse of the MTBF. The formula for failure rate is: failure rate= 1/MTBF = R/T where R is the number of failures and T is total time. This tells us that the probability that any one particular device will survive to its calculated MTBF is only 36.8%.
Although useful to some degree, the mean life function (often denoted as “MTBF” or “MTBF”) is not a good measurement when used as the sole reliability metric.
Definition of Reliability: Reliability is the probability that a product or equipment will perform satisfactorily for a given time under normal conditions of use. So reliability is related to quality, but it is something more than that.
