Its been a good experience so far. Although I have only used the service approximately 5 times it has been an efficient way to produce some general documents.

I wish there were more typfaces I could use. Also, I couldn't figure out how to italicize titles within the document without it italicizing all around it. I gave up after several attempts. Wish that part were more user friendly.

Contact Support
The Call-ID header field is mandatory in all SIP requests and responses. It is used to uniquely identify a call between two user agents. A Call-ID must be unique across calls. All registrations for a user agent should use the same Call-ID.
A header is a component of a SIP message that conveys information about the message. It is structured as a sequence of header fields. Header fields are defined as Header: field, where Header is used to represent the header field name, and field is the set of tokens that contains the information.
The Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) is a signaling protocol used for initiating, maintaining, and terminating real-time sessions that include voice, video and messaging applications. The protocol defines the specific format of messages exchanged and the sequence of communications for cooperation of the participants.
An identity, for the purposes of this document, is defined as either o a canonical address-of-record (AOR) SIP URI employed to reach a user (such as “sip:alice@atlanta.example.com”) or o a telephone number, which commonly appears either in a tel URI [RFC3966] or as the user portion of a SIP URI. [
The acronym SIP stands for Session Initiation Protocol and refers to a TCP/IP-based network protocol which can be used to establish and control communication connections of several subscribers. SIP is often used in Voice-over-IP telephony to establish the connection for telephone calls.
SIP Privacy. The IMG supports SIP Privacy as explained in RFC 3323 and also supports RFC 3325 which adds the P-Asserted-Identity header and the P-Preferred Identity Header in a Trusted Network. SIP Privacy is an extension to SIP that allows parties in a SIP session to withhold their identity and remain anonymous.
The Contact header field provides a single SIP URI that can be used to contact the sender of the INVITE for subsequent requests. The Contact header field MUST be present and contain exactly one SIP URI in any request that can result in the establishment of a dialog in this case, specifically a SIP INVITE.
P-Asserted-Identity and Privacy headers are defined in RFC 3325. The P-Asserted-Identity contains the caller ID information for the call on the INVITE SIP packet. The Privacy header contains information on which parts of the caller ID are private. This is the acceptable way to specify privacy information for calls.
