Filling out form was fine. I felt like I should have been told there was a cost associated with use before I filled out form, not when I finished. At that point I didn't feel like handwriting everything, so I paid for subscription. I can't justify spending $72.00 a year for something I will seldom use. Wish I would have known up front this was not free.

The price is kind of crazy, I am a single mother of 3 and I am on a limited budget. The program itself is fantastic, but the price is hard for me to justify buying. :(

You can find a job without a driver's license, as long as you are smart about your search. Visit the Driver's License Bureau or Department of Motor Vehicles in your state. Before you can apply for a job, you need proper identification.
Not having a driver's license means you can't get jobs like delivery driver, truck driver, taxi driver, bus driver, etc., but there are thousands of other jobs you can apply for. You just have to have a way to get to and from work. If you have money, hire an Uber.
An employer can ask about a driver's license if driving is an essential part of the job. Applications for these jobs may include a statement about the need for successful candidates to prove they have a valid driver's license. Some positions require the successful candidate to have a valid driver's license.
No you do not have to have a driver's license to work at Walmart.
A suspended license can wreak havoc on your career, especially if driving a vehicle is an integral part of your job. The good news is that you may be able to get a work permit or come up with ride-share options to cover your transport needs.

Like Mike said, a valid driver's license means if you and your vehicle match the conditions (restrictions) the license states. In most places if you're using a learner's permit, there must be someone over a specific age with you (like 21+, not just someone with their own valid license.)
