It is a very easy way to fill out your form, however I did have difficulty retrieving my document after signing up. I contacted the customer service which gave a different website to use.

I did not like the way my card was charged the $120 initial annual fee. I only wanted to pay by month. That was misleading and I did not appreciate it. If your going to offer the monthly plan, offer it, make the wording more clear. don't try and trick people into the yearly plan and make them go through customer service to get the refund. The reason I give four stars is because (1) the customer service rep was so helpful in getting me my refund back and (2) you have an awesome product. It is really working well for me.

”Federal law permits recording telephone calls and in-person conversations with the consent of at least one of the parties. This is called a “one-party consent” law. Under a one-party consent law, you can record a phone call or conversation so long as you are a party to the conversation.”
Under the federal Wiretap Act, it is illegal for any person to secretly record an oral, telephonic, or electronic communication that other parties to the communication reasonably expect to be private. (18 U.S.C. § 2511.)
The short answer is no, it's not technically against the law to record a conversation at work. In the case of employers secretly recording their employees at work, tribunals are likely to take a very dim view of those actions, so never be tempted to do so.
Recording of telephone conversations is a matter tightly controlled by law. Currently, it is not strictly illegal to record private phone conversations without consent in Victoria, Queensland or the Northern Territory. In the ACT, NSW, South Australia, Tasmania and Western Australia, the rules are much stricter.
As a general rule of thumb: No, recording (audio of) someone without their consent is not legal. If you are only recording one person, you will generally require that persons consent for it to be legal. And without their consent you would require a warrant issued by a judge to make it legal.
In 12 states California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Washington all parties involved need to consent before one of them can record the conversation. There are some exceptions to the two-party consent rules.
As a general rule, it is illegal for businesses to record phone conversations in Australia without obtaining consent from the other person. For example, in Queensland, you can record a phone conversation with the consent of only one party the other person doesn't even have to know the phone call is being recorded.
