I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. How can remove password from PDF file?
Choose Tools > Protect > Encrypt > Remove Security. Remove Security: The options vary depending on the type of password security attached to the document. If the document has a Document Open password, click OK to remove it from the document.
How do I remove a password from a PDF on a Mac?
The PDF document will prompt you to enter the password, Enter the security password.
Here, the actual work starts, go to File option in the above >> Select Export.
In Export As field rename your file and then, Uncheck Encrypt option.
Click on Save.
Press 'Unlock'
Click OK.
