Most elements in this first registration will apply to all that we register. (3) How do we handle the fee for registrations, and what do you need in addition to this and a fee? Works well, but not sure why you create a page that cannot be scanned and sent to the IRS on the first part of the form. If this is not legal or usable why have it?
