It has made work much easier. In the legal field we deal with a ridiculous amount of documents. Excellent for creating fillable forms
As someone who has to work with lots of clients at the same time, being able to send a fillable form to be acompanied by the requirements we need from a customer makes our work a lot simpler and more organized.
I have found that PDFfiller lags a bit at times and when creating or editing large files it is really slow.

I think it is great but I decided I didn’t need it and wanted to cancel my free trial so I contacted the company and Ma was the representative who helped me. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful and my request was granted speedily. The customer support is absolutely wonderful.

some of the forms are the same but pdfFiller has them in different names. I keep filling out the same form over and over, thinking it's a different one. confusing.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. There was a bit of a learning curve to getting the software's capabilities down, but once I understood how to use the forms feature and whatnot, I find I really enjoy using your software more than I even like Adobe. I think your program has better templates and features than the others I have tried. Bonus points for being lower priced than Adobe while you're at it.

I needed to print a Medicare form. Had some issues with printing--only the part I'd typed printed. I opened the chat window.
