Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. I've used pdfFiller in the past and it has always fulfilled the needs I've had of allowing me to fill in documents just as if I had been sitting at a typewriter (I know I'm dating myself by saying that). The ability to do so and add signatures, save documents to a cloud folder, print the documents when needed, or even have the documents notarized or submitted to the IRS is a major time-saver! I trust that the team behind this product will continue to find ways to save people like me time without costing great sums of money. Do that and I may be able to continue to find room in my tight budget for you!

I enjoyed using PdfFiller as It's usually difficult to edit PDFs. But with this site I could do it well. Will definitely keep on using it.

Getting started was not good. After I got the form on the screen, it was not centered on the monitor and extremely slow to go to next lines. I can't seem to print the form now that I am finished.
During my attempts to complete the form, a blank square appeared in the middle of the form. I could not erase the blank square, and it drastically blotted out data that was important. When I tried to get a replacement form, it was to no avail. I finally printed the form with the blank square in the center and filled it in with a typewriter. Based on that, I didn't try to use your system any longer. In general, I was quite disaplpointed with the results.

What do you like best?
The features and tools of PDF filler editor are really perfect.
I can describe it as a strongest online PDF editor in comparison with another services.
With this service you dont need any expensive PDF editor softwares like Adobe Acrobat on your own system.
What do you dislike?
Some fonts and non-Latin languages not supported.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have used it for filling official forms and I am satisfied.

I enjoy the ease with uploading and editing files. As well as, the ability to change file types or combine documents.
What do you dislike?
The formatting can be time consuming and is hard to keep text consistent with original document.
