I wanted to get the discount and pay for the whole year, not sure, it wasn't clear weather I actually paid that way or am paying for a month at a time? Need to make that easier to understand and make sure you are paying the way you want for the discount. You can do a follow up survey only if you are on the line when you call -

I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. I feel that it was inappropriate and a bit shady to let a customer edit the PDF and then hit them with the credit card ask. Maybe let them do a test for 15m or something.

Can I find and replace text in PDF?
On the PDF file, press “Ctrl+F” on your keyboard and input the text you would like to be replaced. Then type in new text in the input field of Replace to modify the current one to this new text. Click on “Replace” to start replacing PDF texts.
How can I edit a PDF in bulk?
Run a Batch Process In the File menu, click Batch Processing. Right-click an action in the Actions list, and then click Run… In the Settings area, use the buttons to select a folder containing the required files and select a folder where the new files will be saved. Click Run to perform the batch process.
