Great software, some things are not intuitive You can edit documents, replace text, add fillable fields, etc. Great for documents that are used often and just need a few details changed. "Replace text" can be difficult to use. Also the process of saving a document is kind of clunky.

Great experience! I was able to get the rental applications done for my house rental. Super easy to use. Clear instructions, I found enjoyable to use this software. I'm not that good with computers but I was able to use it without much difficulties. I can't think of anything that I didn't like. I had to take a little more time to find out how to get confirmation of my forms I sent, other than that it was fast and easy.

Double-click a footer that follows a section break. A tab labeled “Same as Previous” appears above its right side. Click “Design” in the Word ribbon. Click “Link to Previous” in the ribbon's Navigation group to deselect it.
Click the Page Layout tab. In the Page Setup group, choose the appropriate break option from the Breaks dropdown. In Word 2003, choose Break from the Insert menu. Choose a break from the resulting dialog and click OK.
Select the header row or rows that you want to repeat on each page. The selection must include the first row of the table. Under Table Tools, on the Layout tab, in the Data group, click Repeat Header Rows.
Press Ctrl + A on your keyboard to highlight all text in your document. Press Ctrl + C to copy the entire highlighted selection.
Press Ctrl + A. As soon as you do so, the entirety of the document will be selected, and since this specific document is only one page, the contents of that specific page will be all that is selected. Press Ctrl + C or right-click anywhere on the selected text and click on Copy in the resulting context menu.
