I like the program, but I really needed the ability to add Bates Numbering.
If the program would overcome some of the rather important limitations, this would

In our busy world, it is great to find a tool like PDFfiller to make things easier and to make sure private information is kept private. We no longer send attachments that can be read in an email that has sensitive information. Using templates has cut down our document sharing time! We now create a template that can be used over and over again. The big win in the form filling tool is the ability to add validation for the data entry.
What do you dislike?
The only complaint I get from users is PDFfiller documents are not showing up in their primary inbox. They have to search for them. We made it mandatory to check the box to send a copy of the email notification to our email address. This has made it easier to forward the email with the secure link to the recipient if they can't seem to find the PDFfiller email generated to them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really take a look at your existing document and take the time to setup templates.

This product is fantastic!
It is an easier way to scan in documents that need information changed often. We have made them templates. It allows us to change already printed documents and keep the professional look.
It is an easier way to share templates with others on the team.
The ease of use and the price. The software is almost intuitive, so that almost anyone can use it without spending a lot of time. It has all the functions that get the job done.
The printing of documents requires having adobe for us. We have found that printing straight from the website, often does not print in full size. We have to save as PDF and then print. You can make it work, but it takes longer.

This tool is very helpful to me. I can easily edit the PDF file using this tool. Very easy to use and I can used it anywhere.

My county require residential construction plans modified to meet 140 mph wind standards. I was unable to reach my building designer. I was able to cut and paste drawings from the manual that I hope will meet their standards.

I accidentally forgot to cancel my…
I accidentally forgot to cancel my subscription (I only wanted to use the free trial) and my PayPal was charged $144. I freaked out and emailed pdfFiller’s customer support and they got back to me within an hour and refunded me! In the future I plan on using their services (right now I can’t afford it) because of how amazing their customer support is!

How do you level a footer?
Proper leveling can be accomplished with a few tools common to the masonry and carpentry trade. Dig the trenches for the footer to be laid in at exactly the right depth that you need. The ground that you are building on should be solid, stable and away from any flooding hazards. Keep footers at a constant depth.
Do footers need to be level?
Top: Top of the footings must be level. No exceptions. Bottom: Preference for the bottom of the footing is that it is level. Exception: If building on a sloped grade, you can step the footing as much as 1 unit vertical per 10 units horizontal (or a 10 percent slope).
How wide do footers need to be?
Frequently a concrete footer is 20, 24 or even 30 inches wide and at least 8-inches thick. More often than not you'll see them 10-inches thick. The average foundation wall is usually only 8-inches thick (wide).
How deep do deck footers need to be?
Footings typically must extend below the frost line to prevent shifting during freeze-thaw cycles. Dig footing holes about 6 inches deeper than required. Fill the bottom with the hole with 6 inches of gravel and compact the gravel with a 2×4 or wood post.
How wide should a footer be?

How deep should a footer be for a block wall?
Normally a foundation wall with seven rows of block will be 24 inches wide and 12 inches deep and should have a footing 30 inches below grade. Remember to build a leveled footing where the cinder block will be placed.
