The service produces a very handsome document, and facilitates changes when necessary. I had a little trouble navigating back and forth between the document and the print function, but that may be attributable to my lack of familiarity with the product.

Had an issue with billing today (a Saturday) however after emailing their customer service team I got a very quick response and kept getting help and support until the issue was resolved, on the same day. The person I was in contact with was very polite, understanding and genuinely wanted to help. The service itself is great and I would recommend it to any business that needs to edit and sign documents online .

Very usable
It was easy to get started and the options were not too hard to locate
erasing is only left and right, the replace text field is not easy to use and it could be easier to just email a copy of a doc

I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named **** was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! How do I highlight text to copy?
Long-tap a word to select it on a web page. Drag the set of bounding handles to highlight all the text you want to copy. Tap Copy on the toolbar that appears. Tap and hold on the field where you want to paste the text until a toolbar appears.
How do you highlight copy and paste?
Copy and paste text on an Android smartphone and tablet Press and hold down on any text with your finger and then let go. Upon letting go, a menu should appear on top-right of the screen (shown to the right) that allows you to copy. Highlight any other text you want to copy and then press your finger on Copy to copy.
